An adversarial Critic cross-checks the analysis for contradictions. The Board scores a readiness rubric: do we understand the business, the market, the competitors, and the audience - each with enough confidence - and do we have a defensible strategy? Below the bar, the system keeps gathering. Above it, execution unlocks.
